How is Han Premium Soju Mixed and Served?

Soju was traditionally consumed straight, either chilled or at room temperature. More recently, due to its inherent versatility and the craft cocktail craze, soju has become used extensively as the base spirit in cocktails.

Smoked Sour

  • 3 oz Han Smoked
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • Garnish with cherry and lemon peel
In a shaker, add Han Smoked, lemon juice, simple syrup. Add ice and shake well. Strain and pour in a glass with ice. Garnish with cherry and lemon.

Smoked Old Fashioned

  • 3 oz Han Smoked
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 Dashes of Bitters
  • Garnish with cherry and orange slice
In a glass, combine simple syrup and Han Smoked. Gently stir. Add ice. Garnish with cherry and orange.

Smoked Mint Julep

  • 3 oz Han Smoked
  • 5 Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

In a shaker, muddle mint leaves with simple syrup. Add Han Smoked. Add ice. Shake. Pour over fresh ice into a glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Smoked Manhattan

  • 3 oz Han Smoked
  • 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Shake over ice and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a cherry

Tropical Tea

  • 2 oz Han Lychee
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz Green Tea
Pour ingredients into a Highball Glass. Stir. Add ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Spicy Lychee Martini

  • 2 oz Han Lychee
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro
  • 1/2 Cherry Bomb Pepper (orJalepeno)
  • Deveined, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 Pitted Lychee Plus 1 for Garnish
Muddle the lychee, cilantro, pepper in a shaker. Add vodka. Add ice and shake. Pour into a martini glass. Garnish with pitted lychee and cilantro leaves.

Pineapple Lychee Cocktail

  • 2 1/2 oz Han Lychee
  • 1 oz Lychee Syrup
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4 oz Orange juice
Shake over ice, pour into a glass filled with ice. and garnish with a pineapple wedge. For a color, muddle a lychee and 2 raspberries in the bottom of the glass before you fill with ice.

Lychee Spritz

  • 2 1/2 oz Han Lychee
  • 1/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Top with Sparkling Wine
  • Lime Wheels and Pitted
  • Lychee for Garnish
Shake Soju and lime over ice. Fill a glass with ice. Pour into glass over ice, top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lime and lychee and fresh herbs.

Lychee Martini

  • 2 oz Han Lychee
  • 1 1/2 oz Lychee Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Shake over ice, pour into martini glass and garnish with pitted lychee.

Lychee Grapefruit

  • 2 oz Han Lychee
  • 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • Dash Bitters
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Splash of Sparkling Wine
Shake Han Lychee, grapefruit, SS, salt, bitters over ice. Pour into a champagne or martini glass, top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lime and lychee.

Lychee Fizz

  • 2 oz Han Lychee
  • 1/2 oz Ginger Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Dry Sparkling Wine
  • Peeled Lychee
Shake Han Lychee, Ginger and lemon into a shaker over ice. Shake then pour into champagne glass. Add pitted lychee to the bottom of the glass. Top with sparkling wine to the top of the glass. Garnish with a flower optional

Lychee Cranberry

  • 2 1/2 oz Han Lychee
  • 2 oz Cranberry Juice
  • Top with Club Soda
  • Lime Squeeze
  • Lime Wheels and Pitted
  • Lychee for garnish
Pour Han Lychee, cranberry into a glass. Stir. Fill a glass with ice. Top with Club Soda and a lime squeeze. Garnish with lime and lychee.

Mule Kick

  • Han Original Premium Soju
  • HAN Fire
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 3 oz Ginger Beer
  • 4 Dashes Bitters
Pour ingredients into tall glass or copper mug. Top with ice and bitters. Garnish with lime wedge. A little bit sweet and spicier version of the Moscow Mule.

Fire-Maker

  • 2 oz Han Premium Soju Fire
Pour into a shot glass. Pair with a favorite beer.

Fire-ish Coffee

  • 2 1/2 oz Han Premium Soju Fire
  • Hot Coffee
  • Garnish with whipped cream and optional cinnamon stick
Pour Fire into a coffee glass. Add coffee. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon stick

Candy Apple

  • 2 1/2 oz Han Premium Soju Fire
  • 1 Pint of Hard Cider
Serve shot with a pint. Drop the shot into the pint.

Seoul Mule

  • 3 oz Han Original Premium Soju
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 3 oz ginger beer
  • Garnish with mint Leaves, candied ginger and lime wedge
In a copper mug, add Han Original Premium Soju and lime juice. Top with ice. Add ginger beer and gently stir. Garnish with lime wedge and mint

Han Dragon Martini

  • 2 oz Han Original Premium Soju ©
  • 1 oz Han Citrus
  • 1/2 oz Lychee Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Finest Call Pomegranate Syrup Garnish with pitted lychee, orange slice and/or red flower

Espresso Martini

  • 1/2 oz Han Original Premium Soju ©
  • 1 oz Espresso
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Whole Milk
  • 1/2 oz Whipping Cream
Shake Soju Original, espresso & simple syrup over ice. Pour into martini glass. Shake the milk and cream in separate shaker until thick. Slowly pour on top of the martini. Top with mint or three espresso beans

Coffee Thai-me

  • 2 oz Han Original Premium Soju ©
  • 2 oz Coffee
  • 1/2 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • Whipped cream top and cinnamon
Combine Original, Coffee and condensed milk in shaker. Shake with ice. Strain and add to glass of ice. In separate shaker, shake heavy cream and ice. Slowly pour on top, sprinkle cinnamon.

Bloody Mary

  • 3 oz Han Original Premium Soju ©
  • 4 oz Finest Call Zesty Bloody Mary
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • Dash of Ground Pepper
  • Dash of Celery Seeds
  • Dash of Sriracha (optional)

  • 3 oz Han Teq ©
  • 2 1/2 oz Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz Grenadine
  • Orange wheel and cherry
Add Teq and orange juice into glass. Add ice. Top with grenadine. Garnish with Orange wheel and cherry.

Watermelon Fresca

  • 3 oz Han Teq ©
  • 3 cubes of Watermelon
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes or orange bitters
Muddle Watermelon. Add Teq and bitters with ice. Shake. Serve in a glass over ice. Garnish with lime wheel.

Paloma

  • 3 oz Han Teq ©
  • 2 1/2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Splash of Club Soda
  • Squeeze of Fresh Lime
  • Salt or Tajin for Rim
Rim glass with salt or tajin. Pour Teq into a glass. Fill with ice. Top with a splash of club soda. Add a pinch of salt and a squeeze of a lime wedge. Garnish with a lime or grapefruit wheel.

Bloody Maria

  • 3 oz Han Teq ©
  • 4 oz Finest Call Zesty Bloody Mary
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • Dash of Ground Pepper

HANgarita

  • 3 oz Han Teq
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Orange Juice Salt for Rim
Salt rim of a rocks glass. Mix ingredients in rocks glass. Fill with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Pineapple Daiquiri

  • 3 oz Han Cane
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • Pinch of Salt
Add ingredients to a shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass. Option to add ingredients and ice to a blender and serve frozen. Garnish with a pineapple wheel. **Substitute pineapple juice for other fruits like mango, strawberry, banana, watermelon, raspberry. Look for juice or purees & adjust simple syrup to taste. Lime wheel garnish. Excellent when frozen

Pain Killer

  • 3 oz Han Cane
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 oz Cream of Coconut
  • Sprinkle of Nutmeg
Add ingredients to a shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with nutmeg and a pineapple wedge.

Mojito

  • 3 oz Han Cane
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 5 Mint Leaves
  • Top with Club Soda
Muddle the mint leaves in a shaker. Add Cane, lime juice, ice and shake. Strain into a highball over ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with mint and a lime wedge.

CANE Mai Tai

  • 2 1/2 oz Han Cane
  • 3/4 oz Orange Juice
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake gently and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with pineapple wheel and a cherry

HurriCANE

  • 4 oz Han Cane
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 2 oz Passion Fruit Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Grenadine
Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake, strain into a hurricane glass or pint filled with ice. Garnish with an orange 1/2 wheel and a cherry.

Coco Nut

  • 3 oz Han Cane
  • 1 1/2 oz Coconut Water
  • 1/4 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
  • Cherry Garnish
Option to squirt a little syrup along the martini glass like the photo. Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Top with a cherry on rim

Coconut Mojito

  • 3 oz Han Cane
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 5 Mint Leaves
  • Top with Club Soda
Muddle the mint leaves in a glass. Add Cane, lime juice, simple syrup, coconut and ice to a shaker and shake. Strain into a highball over ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with mint and a lime wedge. For holidays, garnish with red berry & coconut rim.

Seoul Citrus 76

  • 2 oz Han Citrus
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3 oz Sparkling Wine
Pour Soju, simple syrup and lime juice into a champagne flute. Top with Sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon or lime twist.

Lemon Drop Martini

  • 3 oz Han Citrus
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Sugar Rim & Lemon Wheel Garnish
Coat the rim of a chilled glass with sugar. Shake ingredients over ice. Strain and pour into martini glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Cosmopolitan Martini

Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake, strain into a hurricane glass or pint filled with ice. Garnish with an orange 1/2 wheel and a cherry.

Coco Nut

  • 3 oz Han Cane
  • 1 1/2 oz Coconut Water
  • 1/4 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
  • Cherry Garnish
Option to squirt a little syrup along the martini glass like the photo. Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Top with a cherry on rim

Coconut Mojito

  • 3 oz Han Cane
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 5 Mint Leaves
  • Top with Club Soda
Muddle the mint leaves in a glass. Add Cane, lime juice, simple syrup, coconut and ice to a shaker and shake. Strain into a highball over ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with mint and a lime wedge. For holidays, garnish with red berry & coconut rim.

Mule Kick

  • Han Original Premium Soju
  • HAN Fire
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 3 oz Ginger Beer
  • 4 Dashes Bitters
Pour ingredients into tall glass or copper mug. Top with ice and bitters. Garnish with lime wedge. A little bit sweet and spicier version of the Moscow Mule.

Fire-Maker

  • 2 oz Han Premium Soju Fire
Pour into a shot glass. Pair with a favorite beer.

Fire-ish Coffee

  • 2 1/2 oz Han Premium Soju Fire
  • Hot Coffee
  • Garnish with whipped cream and optional cinnamon stick
Pour Fire into a coffee glass. Add coffee. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon stick

Candy Apple

  • 2 1/2 oz Han Premium Soju Fire
  • 1 Pint of Hard Cider
Serve shot with a pint. Drop the shot into the pint.

Soju Yakult Cocktail

A classic! Sure, Yakult might be known as a kids drink, but it partners well with Soju. You can simply mix Yakult and Soju together, but the Koreans mix in what they call ‘Chilsung Cider’ (their version of Sprite) for the no-fail easy-to-make cocktail.

 

  • 2 parts Sprite
  • 1 Part Yakult
  • 1 Part Han Original Premium Soju

Pineapple Soju cocktail

A blend of pineapple juice, Sprite, and Han Original Premium Soju. A perfect drink for a hot summer day.

 

  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 2 oz Han Premium Soju
  • 1.5 oz Sprite

Poktanju (Soju Bomb)

This drink is a complete Korean pub classic. Fill a glass halfway with chilled beer. Place two chopsticks across the top of the glass. Pour the soju into a shot glass and carefully balance it on top of the chopsticks. Now slam your hands on the table on either side of the beer glass and watch the shot of soju drop into your drink. Enjoy!
