• 2 oz Han Lychee
  • 1/2 oz Ginger Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Dry Sparkling Wine
  • Peeled Lychee

Shake Han Lychee, Ginger and lemon into a shaker over ice. Shake then pour into champagne glass. Add pitted lychee to the bottom of the glass. Top with sparkling wine to the top of the glass. Garnish with a flower optional
